This is a good hotel and the staff on duty when I checked in was very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was that room 113 should not be used unless the hotel is full as the bed headboards do not appear to be insulated and share a wall with the breakfast dining area. So starting around 0500 or so it starts getting very noisy and I was only able to intermittently sleep past that time.

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I’ve EVER stayed in. The bathtub is disgusting, there is little to no caulking around the tub and what little is there is surrounded by yellowish brown sludge. The tv doesn’t work, the elevator has only worked once since we’ve been here. It’s 29 degrees outside and after sitting out in it to watch a parade for 2 hours we were very much looking forward to the hot tub, it doesn’t work! The breakfast wasn’t, they were out of everything. The people above us stomped and slammed around all night and when I called to ask the manager to something she said she couldn’t do anything about it. I got 3 hours of sleep in 2 nights. The only reason I gave two stars was the beds, they were very comfortable. The amount of money they charged for this place is obscene for what you get and BW should be ashamed.

The rooms was nice and clean, but we had to go and ask for towels after the second day, but other than that everything was nice the breakfast was very delicious and the cooks was nice ! We loved it ♥️

Great hotel, staff was friendly always went out of the way help when asked. Room was clean & comfy. Pool area was nice small indoor pool but it was relaxing. Spa was broken when we went which was a bummer.

This Hotel is Horrible because the service is bad. The room has BedBugs and they have a couple of employees that steals and blame it on an employee that didn't even know anything about it and there Hotel Manager Samantha allows her employees to smoke Marijuana on work property and God knows what else. My advice to anyone that goes to Coffeyville, KS Best Western don't or you will end up with Bed Bugs and/or stolen items that you will never get back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Don't Give Them Any Stars, I give them 5 thumbs down👎👎👎👎👎!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. The Hotel Manager Samantha is the one that brought the BedBugs back and forth from her house!!!!!!!!!!!!
